After a federal judge kicked Charles Septowski out of Northern District of Texas U.S. bankruptcy courts for practicing law with a suspended license and a state court sanctioned him $25,000 for doing the same thing, the State Bar of Texas has decided to disbar him.

The Commission for Lawyer Discipline’s judgment of disbarment effectively puts an end to the legal career of Septowski, who once filed pleadings in a Dallas U.S. bankruptcy court using the name of an Alaska family lawyer who had no connection to the case.
