Littler Mendelson and Houston partner Kerry Notestine, defendants in a legal malpractice suit a Houston management company filed in February, fired back at the plaintiff and Houston lawyer Marian Rosen.

In an answer, counterclaim and third-party petition filed on March 9, Littler and Notestine allege that any damages suffered by plaintiff TF Administration (TFA) of Houston “were caused, in whole or in part, by the acts or omissions of Rosen.”
