A Tarrant County jury found a Fort Worth-area woman was a partner in the company that originally published the “Fifty Shades of Grey” trilogy, paving the way for her to receive a share of royalties from the sale of the racy books.

“The jury found there was a partnership, and there were four partners, and our client was one of the four partners,” said plaintiffs attorney Michael Farris, of counsel with Vincent, Lopez, Serafino & Jenevein of Dallas.
