Houston lawyer Syria Sinoski mishandled a lawsuit and charged “exorbitant” fees, a Montgomery County man alleges in a lawsuit seeking more than $300,000 in damages from Sinoski.

In a petition filed in the 333rd State District Court in Harris County on Feb. 9, James Bradley Mayfield alleges that Sinoski engaged in professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty when she represented him in a suit filed over a real estate transaction.
