For the better part of three decades, Harry Joe toiled away as an immigration lawyer in a series of large Dallas law firms. Back in 1986, he was one of the first in his practice area to join Big Law.

And after coming to the conclusion that big firms and immigration law aren’t the best match, Joe started his own shop two weeks ago, The JMO Firm, in North Dallas.
