William Munck said he knows something about amateur lacrosse, as he played the sport in high school in the Northeast and coached the sport in North Texas. He knows something about federal litigation, too, since he’s managing partner of Dallas’ Munck Wilson Mandala.

Both aspects of his life came together on March 25, when he filed William A. Munck v. Dallas Lacrosse Academy in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in Sherman, alleging that a for-profit lacrosse business operated in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
