A retired doctor has dismissed his legal malpractice suit against his former lawyer and firm in a case related to a family feud in probate court.

The 419th District Court in Austin dismissed with prejudice Dr. Glenn M. Haluska’s claims against Wesley J. Filer and Waco-based Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, noting that the defendants had “settled” the claims, according to the March 21 Agreed Order Dismissing All Claims With Prejudice in Haluska v. Filer.
