Fewer than half the lawyers at the 25 largest firms in the Lone Star State actually work in Texas offices. And only five of those 25 firms are 100 percent Texas-based, meaning all their lawyers work in Texas offices.
Jackson Walker is the largest of the Texas-only firms. “We’re proud of our Texas base . . . but we’re more than buckles, boots, Longhorns and bluebonnets,” says managing partner C. Wade Cooper.
