Dallas lawyer James Hanna helped affililates of Riverstone Holdings LLC buy a majority interest in Pampa-based Titan Specialties in 2007, and now he’s helping Titan Specialties with its pending acquisition by Hunting PLC for about $775 million in cash.
“I got them coming and going,” Hanna, a partner in Vinson & Elkins in Dallas and Austin, says about his Titan Specialties work.
