Jeffrey Harbin Conner of Lubbock County, Bar No. 04698555, has been suspended for six months and placed on probation for 30 months for the following alleged violations of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct:
• Rule 1.01(b)(1) — In representing a client, a lawyer shall not neglect a legal matter entrusted to the lawyer.
