One lawyer resigned her license in lieu of discipline and two others received public reprimands, the State Bar of Texas announced recently. In one of the cases involving a public reprimand, an agreed judgment orders the lawyer to pay $6,411.55 in attorneys' fees and court costs to the State Bar. And in the other reprimand case, an agreed judgment orders the lawyer to pay $775 in attorneys' fees and direct expenses to the Bar.
