Jonathan Majors was found guilty of assault and harassment in his Manhattan Criminal Court trial this week in front of Judge Michael Gaffey in relation to a March 25 incident. The icing on the cake for the jurors seemed to be text messages from a past fight that the actor had with the complainant.
From a criminal defense attorney’s point of view, this is an unfortunate and seemingly preventable result based on Gaffey’s initial Molineux ruling.
