DISH Network was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Monday in Texas Eastern District Court. The suit was brought by Williams Simons & Landis on behalf of Digital Broadcasting Solutions. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00335, Digital Broadcasting Solutions, LLC v. DISH Network L.L.C. et al.
