A South Georgia attorney has succeeded in his defense team’s quest to get a Bulloch County Superior Court judge recused from presiding over its client’s case.

Booted from the case, Judge Michael T. Muldrew will no longer preside over the felony murder case of William Marcus “Marc” Wilson in connection with the June 14, 2020, shooting death of Haley Hutcheson.
