Alyssa Ortiz Johnston, a Litigation Practice associate in the Dallas office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, completed the Hispanic National Bar Association’s (HNBA) 2021 Latina Leadership Academy on March 12.

According to the HNBA the Academy is a program for Latina lawyers from all areas of the profession who have been practicing less than 10 years. This year’s curriculum delved into concepts of executive presence, cultivating leadership skills, and what it means to be authentic in organizations where Latinas remain underrepresented.
