For the past four years, Democratic state attorneys general have filed suit after suit against the Trump administration. But with President Joe Biden in office, it’s Republican state leaders who will take on the new administration.

The Republican Attorneys General Association began prepping for a potential Biden administration in September. And the GOP suits are likely to start back up again as Democratic challenges drop off, particularly as Biden has undone a number of Trump policies and issued his own orders during his first days in office.
