Spencer Fane is continuing its Texas expansion by hiring the three lawyers from Plano bankruptcy boutique Pronske & Kathman, as the Midwest firm eyes growing demand in the bankruptcy and restructuring practice.
Gerrit Pronske and Jason Kathman moved to Spencer Fane as partners in Plano on Monday, along with of counsel Megan Clontz. They joined the firm’s bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights practice group.
