As COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc on the courts, the Connecticut Judicial Branch has announced it will unveil an online pilot program to resolve small claims cases beginning Dec. 1.

Court administrators and attorneys said the pilot program, which will be rolled out in the Hartford, New Britain and Bridgeport/Fairfield judicial districts, will simplify the process, is cost-efficient and safer, since it will be done online.
