The former Texas state employee who sued Baker Botts, alleging that he was fired after the firm gave his employer a “confidential email” he sent to the firm, filed an amended lawsuit on Jan. 22 adding his girlfriend as a plaintiff.

Kent Langerlan and Audra Benoit, both former employees of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), bring negligence and gross negligence causes of action against Houston-based Baker Botts and seek more than $300,000 in damages plus interest and costs.
