Lawyers from Luna & Luna of Plano have joined forces with Underwood Law Firm, giving Amarillo-based Underwood an office in Plano, a group of real estate attorneys and more strength in its education law practice.

Scott Luna, now a shareholder in Underwood, said the move provides good cross-selling opportunities for lawyers from Luna & Luna, which focused on real estate law. In particular, he said, Underwood can meet the compliance needs of Luna & Luna’s lender clients.
