Hammond Law Group of Houston filed a libel suit on Jan. 6 against former employee Wing Ching “Leo” Kwok, alleging that Kwok is responsible for “defamatory, disparaging, false, harassing and/or destructive statements” about the firm’s lawyers, staff and practice on websites including Glassdoor.com, Yelp.com, and Lawyers.com.

The online reviews, which Kwok allegedly posted from July through December 2014, state that the firm overcharges and neglects work, and should not be hired.
