The U.S. Supreme Court will soon have another chance to revisit its often chilly relationship with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

The justices agreed on Monday to hear arguments in two patent infringement disputes, the only intellectual property cases on the high court’s docket for the term so far. Both are shaping up as cases in which the high court might reverse the Federal Circuit, as it often has.
