Nick Aquart is starting work this month in the chambers of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor—but not as a law clerk or full-time staffer.
The recent graduate of Florida International University will be an unpaid intern for the justice, part of a little-known program that is unique to Sotomayor among the nine justices.
