Good morning and welcome to Supreme Court Brief. The justices are off the phone lines until arguments resume March 22. Their next conference, on March 19, likely will contain a number of petitions that have been scheduled many times before. We zero in on three issues that seem stuck in relist limbo. Also, another attack on the Feres doctrine is teed up now in the court. We have details on the petition and a few amicus briefs.
