A false imprisonment charge police filed against an Atlanta attorney, allegedly for blocking their departure from her property, has been dropped, according to the attorney’s defense lawyer.

Noah Pines, who defended attorney Lindsey Brunswick Kamin, said Monday that the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office dismissed the felony charge without comment Friday—just nine days after Atlanta police filed it. Pines said Kamin’s arrest will be sealed.
