Joanna Gaines, half the star duo behind the HGTV hit “Fixer Upper,” says she’ll submit to a deposition in a lawsuit she’s not a party to, but only for a $150,000 appearance fee, according to The Blast.

The lawsuit is between two companies, Standard Furniture Manufacturing Company and LF Products, involved in furniture Gaines sells under her Magnolia Home brand with her husband and co-star, Chip.
