A trio of laterals that has helped Price, Meese, Shulman & D’Arminio grow its attorney roster by about a third is also the latest in a string of defections from the firm known until recently as Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman.

William Bierman—following in the vapor trail left by two other Nowell Amoroso name partners this year—brought his transportation law group to fellow Bergen County firm Price Meese as of Sept. 21. Bierman, whose group serves as national claims counsel for United Parcel Service, is accompanied by Tom Martin, who handles homeowners’ association law, and Rick Steinberg, who handles bankruptcy.
