Mount Laurel-based Capehart & Scatchard has named longtime hiring shareholder Mary Ellen Rose as its new managing shareholder, effective Sept. 1.

Rose, who has served as assistant managing shareholder for the past year, is now one of only two female managing partners among the 25 largest firms in New Jersey (ranked by New Jersey head count). The other is Alison Galer, managing partner of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus.
