Medical technology company Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. of Plainsboro is set to acquire all the outstanding shares of biomedical companies TEI Biosciences Inc. and TEI Medical Inc. for $312 million, the three companies announced jointly on June 29. The deal with Massachusetts-based TEI is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015.
Maple Direct, Edmunds Direct Mail Merge
Pennsauken-based Maple Direct Inc. announced on June 26 that it is merging with Northfield-based Edmunds Direct Mail Inc. The two companies both focus on direct response, database management and processing, printing and fulfillment. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
