Former Morris County Assignment Judge Thomas Weisenbeck, after turning 70 on May 28, managed to stay retired for 11 days.

As of June 8, however, he returned to the firm where he spent 13 years before joining the bench: Bressler, Amery & Ross, where he will be tasked with building an alternate dispute resolution practice.
