ESTATE OF JOANNA PATRIDES, Deceased (21-4305) — At the conclusion of pre-trial discovery in this contested probate proceeding in the estate of Joanna Patrides, the parties settled their dispute and the objections filed by Diane Speros were withdrawn in a writing filed with the court on March 13, 2024, and she consented to the relief requested in this proceeding. The proof establishes that the propounded instrument dated January 6, 2016, is genuine, that it was validly executed and that, at the time of execution, decedent was competent to make a will and under no restraint (EPTL 3-2.1; SCPA 1408). The court being satisfied, the will shall be admitted to probate. Probate decree signed. Dated: April 23, 2024   Decree and Order signed between: April 23, 2024
