ESTATE OF RIHUA SUN, a/k/a RI HUA SUN, Deceased (17-3594/B/C/D) — In this uncontested compromise and accounting proceeding, a decision was entered June 29, 2020. The petitioner was ordered to submit a decree. As of today, the petitioner has not submitted a proposed decree. In view of the above, the court will dismiss the proceeding for failure to prosecute unless an interested person takes affirmative action, such as by submitting a proposed decree, within 90 days of receipt of a copy of this decision (see SCPA 209[8]; CPLR 3216). The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this decision, which constitutes the order of the court, by certified mail, to the interested parties. Dated: November 17, 2023
