Surrogate Gingold ESTATE OF DAVID ARCHER, Deceased (19-3203/D) — In this proceeding to compel an account in the estate of David Archer, Wendy Tso, Esq., the court appointed guardian ad litem (GAL), has requested to be discharged and has submitted an affirmation in which she waives compensation for her services in this proceeding. Accordingly, the order dated April 1, 2021, appointing Wendy Tso, Esq., as guardian litem for unknowns in this proceeding is hereby vacated. The court will appoint a GAL to represent unknowns in a separate order. This decision constitutes the order of the court. Dated: November 9, 2023

ESTATE OF OLIVIER YANKEL JACOB HADDAD, Deceased (18-505/D) — This application to compel Patricia Serfati and Francois M. Chateau, as ancillary administrators c.t.a. of the estate of Olivier Yanker Jacob Haddad, to account is granted. Mr. Chateau filed an answer objecting to the requested relief and Ms. Sferati defaulted. Mr. Chateau’s arguments that he has informally accounted to the beneficiaries up until 2019 are unavailing since there are minor beneficiaries who are entitled to a judicial accounting. Accordingly, Francois M. Chateau and Patricia Sferati are directed to file an account of their proceedings, together with a petition for its judicial settlement, within 45 days after service of a copy of the order to be entered herein with notice of entry. Ms. Sferati shall be served by international Federal Express. This decision constitutes the order of the court. Dated: November 6, 2023
