ESTATE OF HENRY A. DEPPE, Deceased (21-4543) — This uncontested proceeding to compel Lynda Deppe to account for her transactions as trustee of the trust created under agreement dated July 28, 2011, by Henry A. Deppe, as Grantor and Trustee, as amended and restated May 16, 2013, is granted. Lynda Deppe is directed to file an account of her proceedings together with a petition for its judicial settlement on or before April 26, 2023. Lynda Deppe shall then cause citation to be issued and service to be made without undue delay on all parties interested in her accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210. The Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this decision, which constitutes the order of the Court, by certified mail upon Respondent and counsel for the petitioner.
