ESTATE OF JOHN NORIEGA, Deceased (21-809) — In this previously contested probate proceeding objections were filed by several distributees and a motion for summary judgment was filed by the petitioner seeking to dismiss those objections. The objections have now been withdrawn and the petitioner has withdrawn his motion. Accordingly, a decree has been signed admitting the propounded instrument dated April 13, 2009 to probate. The Chief Clerk is to mail a copy of this decision, which constitutes the order of the court marking both the objections and motion for summary judgment “withdrawn,” and decree, to the proponent and to counsel for the respondent. Decree signed. January 26, 2023

ESTATE OF JOSEPH CHRISTOPHER FRANCE, Deceased (22-731/A) — In this application by a niece of the decedent for letters of administration, a waiver and consent was filed for a nephew and jurisdiction was obtained over the decedent’s other distributees, a niece and two nephews. On the return date of citation on the court’s virtual platform, the respondent niece appeared, pro se; a nephew appeared with counsel, and both consented to the application on the record in open court. The court has not received opposition to the application, to date. Accordingly, in the absence of any opposition, the application is granted and letters of administration shall issue to the petitioner upon her filing a bond in the penal sum of $398,000. The voluntary letters that issued to her shall be revoked in the decree to be issued herein. Decree signed. January 20, 2023
