ESTATE OF ALFRED WOLFOWITZ, Deceased (15-1273/A) — On the return date of this application for letters of administration d.b.n. by a designee, waivers and consents were filed for the decedent’s sister and nephew. Jurisdiction was also obtained over another nephew, who did not appear on the return date of citation held on the court’s virtual platform or indicate opposition to the court to date. As directed by the court, the petitioner thereafter filed an affidavit of unadministered assets and the matter was marked “submitted.” Based on this state of the record, the application is granted, and letters of administration d.b.n. shall issue to the petitioner upon her filing a bond in the penal sum of $0.00. The letters of administration that issued to the decedent’s sister who is now deceased are to be revoked in the decree to be entered hereon. Decree signed. January 27, 2022

ESTATE OF JULIO FIGUEROA, Deceased (21-1625) — In this proceeding for the issuance of letters of administration to a son of the decedent, waivers and consents were filed by five other children. A waiver and consent was filed for the remaining distributee, another daughter, prior to the return date of a citation served upon her. Accordingly, in the absence of any opposition, the application is granted, and letters of administration, limited by SCPA 702 (1), shall issue to the petitioner. Submit decree. January 27, 2022
