It is hereby ORDERED that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs, the motion is denied, and the stipulated standstill order is reinstated. Same memorandum as in McGuire v. McGuire ([appeal No. 1] — AD3d — [Aug. 26, 2021] [4th Dept 2021]).
