VILLAGE OF CHESTER, ET AL., app-res — Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 11, 2016, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-05428. Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered January 16, 2018, and appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated May 29, 2018, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2018-02654 and 2018-09517. On the Court’s own motion, it is ORDERED that the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-05428 is consolidated with the appeals and cross appeal under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2018-02654 and 2018-09517; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before September 25, 2020, the parties shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court’s website, digital copies of the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-05428, that contain the following corrections to the covers: add Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2018-02654 and 2018-09517, change the party designation of BT Holdings, LLC from plaintiff-respondent to plaintiff-respondent-appellant, and of Village of Chester and Village of Chester Board of Trustees from defendants-appellants to defendants-appellants-respondents, and denominate the record as a second supplemental joint record and the briefs as supplemental briefs; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before September 25, 2020, the parties shall file upload, through the digital portal on this Court’s website, replacement copies of the joint record, supplemental joint record, and briefs filed in connection with the appeals and cross appeal under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2018-02654 and 2018-09517, that add Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-05428 to the cover; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before September 25, 2020, the parties shall submit, to the Clerk of the Court, corrected covers for the copies of the joint record, supplemental joint record, second supplemental joint record, briefs, and supplemental briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court.
