Surrogate Anderson

Estate of RAFAEL BUENO, Deceased, (15-1604) — The proposed compromise of decedent’s wrongful death was approved by Supreme Court, New York County. The associated attorney’s fees and disbursements were also approved by that court. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are removed. She is authorized to collect the settlement proceeds and to execute the necessary receipts and releases. The net settlement proceeqs shall be paid to decedent’s distributee as set forth in the petition. The account is settled, and the decree is signed. Dated: August 25, 2020
