MEMORANDUM AND ORDER   On May 21, 2019, the plaintiff filed this amended complaint, on behalf of herself and others similarly situated, alleging that the defendant, Midland Credit Management, Inc., violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §1692 et seq. (ECF No. 11.) On July 26, 2019, the defendant moved to dismiss the amended complaint. (ECF No. 17.) For the reasons that follow, the defendant’s motion is granted and the amended complaint is dismissed.
