OPINION AND ORDER Plaintiff Angel Hernandez brings this action against Defendants The Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball and Major League Baseball Blue, Inc. (collectively, “Major League Baseball”), asserting claims for employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §2000e-2(a)(1); Section 1981 of Title 42 of the U.S. Code, 42 U.S.C. §1981; the Ohio Civil Rights Act, O.R.C. §4112.02; the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law §296 (“NYSHRL”); and the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.C. Admin. Code §8-107 (“NYCHRL”). (Dkt. No. 35 (“Compl.”)
