Udoh, CharlesIt is Ordered that the respondent-appellant’s motion seeking to stay the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction is granted, on condition that the respondent-appellant: 1) perfects the appeal by the October 2018 term – the filing deadline for which is August 7, 2018; 2) pay landlord arrears in the amount of $5,329.72, pursuant to the order (Katz, J.), dated April 30, 2018, on or before June 29, 2018, without prejudice; and 3) pay landlord accruing maintenance fees, as set forth in the above mentioned Civil Court order on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of respondent-appellant’s failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
