MATTER OF KENNETH J. GELLERMAN, A DISBARRED ATTORNEY. (ATTORNEY REGISTRATION NO. 2000222) — Motion by Kathleen Higgins, inventory attorney with respect to the above-entitled matter appointed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 4, 2014, for leave to deliver certain records to the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for authorization to make arrangements for the destruction of any files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory that remain unclaimed, and to be discharged. Kenneth J. Gellerman was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 1, 1985. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 26, 2014, Mr. Gellerman was disbarred and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (see Matter of Gellerman, 124 AD3d 62).
