ESTATE OF EARL MARTIN, ALSO KNOWN AS EARL ERIC MARTIN, Deceased (13/669/A) — In this proceeding commenced by a daughter of the decedent to revoke letters testamentary that issued to the executor, the decedent's sister, in which the executor served and filed objections, the parties have entered into a stipulation which provides inter alia, the executor is to sell realty in which the decedent had an interest; permit partial distribution from the sale proceeds, and seek the judicial settlement of her account within sixty days after the sale of the realty. Accordingly, this decision constitutes the order of the court marking this proceeding "withdrawn" in accord with the parties' stipulation.
