ESTATE OF RAMONITA ESCABI, Deceased (13/2547) — In this contested probate proceeding commenced by the proponent, the decedent’s daughter, in which one of the decedent’s two sons filed objections to probate, the parties entered into a stipulation of settlement which provides, inter alia, that the objections are withdrawn and the matter is to proceed as an uncontested probate.

Accordingly, and pursuant to the parties’ written stipulation, this decision constitutes the order of the court marking the objections “withdrawn subject to the parties’ written stipulation” and the matter is referred to the Probate Clerk as an uncontested proceeding, subject to the terms of the written stipulation.
