ANTHONY BISIGNANO, JR., ETC. PLAINTIFFS-ap, v. SEAN RAABE DEFENDANTS-ap, ST. ROSE OF LIMA CHURCH res — (INDEX NO. 17128/08) In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Marber, J.), entered March 11, 2013, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendants St. Rose of Lima Church and Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, the defendant Sean Raabe separately appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of the same order as granted those branches of the motion of the defendants St. Rose of Lima Church and Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre which were for summary judgment dismissing complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted by him against those defendants, and the defendant Joseph Alessi separately appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of the same order as granted those branches of the motion of the defendants St. Rose of Lima Church and Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre which were for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted by him against those defendants.

ORDERED that the appeals by the defendants Sean Raabe and Joseph Alessi from so much of the order as granted that branch of the motion of the defendants St. Rose of Lima Church and Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them is dismissed, as the defendants Sean Raabe and Joseph Alessi are not aggrieved by that portion of the order appealed from (see CPLR 5511; Mixon v. TBV, Inc., 76 AD3d 144, 156-157); and it is further,
