ESTATE OF GEORGE LIVORNESE, Deceased (12/252/C) — In this pending probate proceeding, due to an anticipated delay in completing this matter, counsel requested preliminary letters testamentary, which issued to the petitioner on January 30, 2013. Said letters expired six (6) months later, and were extended for six (6) months at the request of counsel by Order dated May 30, 2014.

ESTATE OF GEORGE LIVORNESE, Deceased (12/252/C) — In this pending probate proceeding, due to an anticipated delay in completing this matter, counsel requested preliminary letters testamentary, which issued to the petitioner on January 30, 2013. Said letters expired six (6) months later, and were extended for six (6) months at the request of counsel by Order dated May 30, 2014.

Counsel now seeks a second extension of the letters, and it is the policy of the Court to require a Court appearance to explain the need for further extension, and the reason for the continued delay in this proceeding.
