Nixon Peabody has expanded its tax credit finance and syndication practice with the addition of two partners: Alan S. Cohen and Mark A. Kreitman. The pair most recently led the affordable housing tax credit practice at Paul Hastings.

O’Melveny & Myers has added Timothy M. Clark as a partner in the investment funds and securitization practice. Mr. Clark, who advises hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds in fund formations and structuring of complex transactions, was a co-head of Proskauer Rose’s hedge fund practice.
