Preeya Noronha, 35, has joined the Washington office of King & Spalding as counsel to the firm’s Food and Drug Administration and life sciences practice. Previously, Noronha was acting general counsel of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Tracey Coates, 37, has joined Bethesda, Md.-based Paley Rothman as an associate in the firm’s family law practice. Previously, Coates spent three years at Wendy Schwartz and Associates. She earned her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.
