Dechert: Jodi Schwimmer joins the firm’s finance and real estate practice as counsel to the New York office. She will focus her practice on representing clients in nonperforming real estate debt obligations, structured products, the purchase and sale of commercial and multifamily mortgage loans, mezzanine debt, subordinate debt and structured real estate debt instruments. Previously, Schwimmer was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. She received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2001.
Blank Rome (Philadelphia): Emily Hirshbein joins the firm’s private client group as an associate in the New York office She will focus her practice on estate and tax planning for high-net worth individuals. Previously, Hirshbein was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2004.
